Step 1

All orders will be dispatched within three (3) working days of placing the order (although most are dispatched the same day).The cut off for same day dispatch with DPD is 2pm.

Step 2

After the order is shipped, we will send an email with the logistics order number to the email address you filled in, please pay attention to check from customercare@looksworth.com email.

Step 3

Once you receive the email, you can paste the logistics order number into the input box below to track your order, which is usually delivered within 7-15 days.
